Referrals and collaborations are such an important part of our business, so when our dear colleague, Lindsey Stone Homes, entrusted us with a client's renovation, we were thrilled to take it on con piacere! The challenge? A real-life Love It or List It moment. Could we make our clients fall in love with their home all over again?
The home, a beautiful 1920s Tudor Revival, had incredible character and history, but needed a fresh perspective for modern living. We completely reimagined the kitchen and powder room and transformed the family salon with rich, layered color, thoughtful furnishings, and custom architectural details. Every decision was made with the home's original charm in mind—from millwork designed to echo the existing staircase balusters to repurposing an original leaded-glass door into a stunning transom that brings new light into the space.
The result is a home that feels both timeless and wonderfully personal. A little drama, a lot of soul, and a thoughtful balance of old and new. Most importantly, our clients rediscovered everything they loved about their home—with a few new reasons to stay. |
